Walk in Hours:
Monday - Friday 11:30am to 1pm 424 West Kiowa Unit B in downtown Colorado Springs
Quanitities of toothbrushes, toothpaste, socks, medicated foot powder, and floss are in high demand. These everyday supplies are donated and crucial for oral and foot hygiene, which is a major challenge for the homeless of our community.
Donated items are accepted for this clinic at the SET Family Medical Clinics Administrative office building, 825 East Pikes Peak Avenue, Building 29, Colorado Springs, Colorado, 80903.
The sock exchange allows the homeless of Colorado Springs to exchange their dirty socks for a clean pair as well as a supply of medicated foot powder. Many of the people who participate in the exchange put their socks through more wear and tear in a week than most socks see in a year. Most are forced to sleep with their shoes on to prevent them from being stolen, and they spend most of their days walking. Foot wellness is a major concern for overall physical well being. Men's white athletic socks in all sizes are always needed.
