MEMORIAL/HONORARIUM GIFTS

A gift to SET Family Medical Clinics is a generous and thoughtful way to pay tribute to cherished friends and loved ones.  Those honored or families of those remembered through a gift will receive a note of the gift made to SET Family Medical Clinics, and you will receive a receipt for tax purposes.  In Honor Of gifts are a terrific way to honor someone's birthday, anniversary or other special occasion.

BEQUESTS

Whether through a specialized gift of cash, a percentage of your estate, gift of stock or real estate, etc., naming SET Family Medical Clinics in your will is an excellent way to plan future giving.  A primary advantage of leaving a gift to SET Family Medical Clinics in your will is that it allows you to make a sizable contribution without sacrificing spendable income during your lifetime.  As a revocable gift, a bequest does not provide immediate tax benefits, but your estate may be entitled to receive a charitable estate tax deduction.

GIFTS OF LIFE INSURANCE

SET Family Medical Clinics can be named as the beneficiary or owner of a life insurance policy, whether the policy is fully paid or premium payments still remain.  Various charitable tax deductions may also apply to gifts of this type.

CHARITABLE TRUSTS

Creating a charitable remainder trust involves setting up assets in a trust naming SET Family Medical Clinics as the beneficiary.  The trust then "holds" the assets and pays out an income from those assets - interest or dividends, for example - according to your instruction.  Charitable trusts not only help secure a financial future for yourself, but qualify for charitable income tax deductions and can also avoid capital gains tax.

CHARITABLE GIFT ANNUITY

Funding a charitable gift annuity is a wonderful way to make a meaningful gift while also securing your own retirement.  You enjoy income and tax benefits and may even enhance your future financial well being.  Under the terms of a gift annuity agreement, you make a charitable gift of cash or other property.  You then receive fixed payments for life.  Because a portion of your annuity will be used for charitable purposes, you are entitled to an income tax deduction in the year of your gift for a period of time, a portion of each payment may also be free of income.
