  Philosophy

SET Family Medical Clinics is a non profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides basic medical services and holistic health programs to uninsured and low income people without discrimination.  Our philosophy defines holistic health as caring for the entire person - body, mind, and spirit.  This focuses on the premise that individuals can heal themselves by developing healthy attitudes, and patterns of behavior, and maintaining a healthy balance in their lives.  Our goal is to Serve, Empower and Transform our clients to actively participate in their care and take responsibility for their total well-being.

Community Health Partnership

SET Family Medical Clinics is part of the Community Health Partnership is a 501 (c) (3) organization. It's comprised of 20 healthcare related organizations and individuals whose mission is to foster a sustainable collaborative organization to address the healthcare issues of our community.

SET Family Medical Clinic partners with the following healthcare organizations: Penrose-St. Francis Health Services, Memorial Health System, HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital, El Paso County Department of Heath and Environment, El Paso County Medical Society & Practice Net Solutions, Peak Vista Community Health Centers, Colorado Springs Osteopathic Foundation, Pikes Peak Mental Health Center, Kaiser Permanente, Beth El College of Nursing, Christian Healing Network, Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce, El Paso County Department of Human Services, Colorado Springs Dental Society, Pikes Peak United Way, Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care, American Red Cross of the Pikes Peak Region, Colorado Springs Chapter of the Colorado Consumer Health Initiative, and M.D. NEWS.
