FAMILY CLINIC INFORMATION: The SET Family Clinic provides the acute care needs of uninsured area residents. This clinics provide basic health care for the uninsured, low-to-moderate income populations who have little access to affordable medical treatment. Click here for more information SET HOMELESS CLINIC: Providing basic medical care to the homeless and very low income through licensed medical volunteers. They assist clients in assessing other health care resources, provides personal hygiene products and conduct a sock exchange. Click here for more information SENIOR WELL BEING CLINICS: Monthly clinics are staffed by volunteer nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, and social workers. We review the history and current health of the seniors, providing health and social assessment, education and referrals. Click here for more information IMMUNIZATION CLINICS: SET is working with The Colorado Trust to improve access to healthcare for children. Free immunization are provided 8 times a year for children ages 4 - 18. Click here for more information |
